According to the Vernon RCMP, Emily Grace Duggan has been located safely in the Lower Mainland.
Police as asking for your assistance locating 27-year-old Emily Grace Duggan.
On April 2, 2014 Emily Grace Duggan (born March 15, 1987) left a medical facility without completing her treatment.
Police are concerned for her well-being and are requesting assistance in locating her so that she can receive necessary medical attention.
Duggan is described as:
- Caucasian
- 27 years of age
- 5'10" and 161 lbs
- Shoulder-length auburn colored hair and blue eyes.
She was last seen wearing a striped hoodie and black-coloured sweatpants.
Police recommend that you do not approach her person but rather contact the Vernon North Okanagan RCMP at (250)-545-7171 call Crime Stoppers
According to RCMP a photo of Duggan is not available at this time.
