Vehicle fire

Vernon fire and rescue were called to a report of a vehicle on fire just after 4 a.m. Monday morning.

When crews arrived they found an extended cab pick-up truck fully engulfed in flames.

The fire department contained the blaze to the truck, stopping it from spreading along the ground.

The truck was in the 2000 block of Bench Row Road when it caught fire.

Fire investigators and the RCMP are looking into the cause of the incident.
