Charges laid in fatal crash
A 22-year-old Spallumcheen man has been charged in connection with a fatal crash a year ago on Highway 97 south of Vernon.
Brandon McGregor, 22, has been charged with Dangerous Driving Causing Death.
The collision occurred March 31, 2013, when a northbound pickup truck collided head-on with a southbound station wagon.
The crash resulted in the deaths of three people.
Eric David Robertson, 19, of Armstrong along with Allan Arthur Allport, 70 and his wife Fay Dorothy Allport, 67, both from Salmon Arm were killed as a result of the crash.
McGregor is scheduled to appear in court in Vernon May 1.
