A large recall involving a BC cheese company has been updated and expanded to include four additional products.
The original recall for Castle Cheese Inc. was announced on March 17, due to a possible listeria outbreak at their Lumby based factory. The new recall is for products made from or which contain shredded cheese products voluntarily recalled earlier this month.
These newly recalled products have all been sold in the Lower Mainland, and now include pre-packaged salads and pasta.
