Stabbing in Salmon Arm
A 32-year-old Salmon Arm man has been arrested and charged following a stabbing at the Super Self Storage Facility in the Salmon Arm Industrial Park earlier this month.
Jeremy Daniel Webster has been charged with attempted murder after allegedly stabbing his 34-year-old coworker multiple times on March 7.
The victim was transported by air ambulance to Kamloops Regional Hospital in critical condition, but they have since been released.
Police believe mental health issues are a factor in the incident.
Webster was arrested on site without incident and remanded into custody.
He will have a psychiatric evaluation prior to his next court appearance.
