Raid nets bounty of stolen vehicles
RCMP in the North Okanagan have recovered nearly a dozen stolen vehicles on a property north of Vernon.
Police raided the home in the 2200 block of Highway 97 in Spallumcheen last Monday during an investigation related to stolen vehicles.
On the property, police recovered 11 stolen vehicles, including:
- Six F350 pickups between the years of 2003 and 2009
- A 2006 Dodge pickup
- Two quads
- A Razor ATV
- A 24' travel trailer
RCMP spokesman, Gord Molendyk, says seven of the vehicles were reported stolen in 2014 in the North Okanagan area.
No arrests have yet been made.
Police continue to investigate.
