Kelowna blind curlers still unbeaten

The Dean Martel rink continues to dominate at the Canadian Vision Impaired Curling Championships in Ottawa.

The event is run in conjunction with White Cane Week.

The Kelowna Curling Club rink are the seven time national champions and the only team to win the bonspiel.

Since the event began in 2005, Martel's foursome have claimed the title every time .

On Wednesday, Team Canada improved to 6-0 with with a pair wins.

The began the day with a 7-5 win over Ontario, then rolled over Newfoundland 11-0.

The eight team national championship continues all week with the final Friday.
