Fastpitch swings into Kelowna

Contributed

One of the top fastpitch baseball teams in the world is coming to play in Kelowna this week.

The New Zealand junior men's national team will be in Kelowna for a double header against the Kelowna League All-Stars starting at 6:30pm on July 2nd.

The game will be at King Stadium and the gate opens at 5:30pm.

Don't miss one of the top teams in the world and watch their famous Haka. A Haka is a traditional Maori warcry. It involves an emotional and powerful combination of song, dance and chanting.

Kids under 17 get in free and all minor ball players are encouraged to wear their team colours.
