Salmon Arm RCMP and emergency crews were busy dealing with vehicle crashes due to the snowfall over the weekend.
"Members of the RCMP attended to four collisions.The most serious were located on the Trans Canada Highway," said Staff Sgt. Scott West, commanding officer at the Salmon Arm detachment. "There were two separate collisions on the Trans Canada that involved two vehicles.
"Thankfully, the injuries were relatively minor given that one was a head-on collision."
The RCMP are reminding local motorists to slow down and drive with care given the conditions.
