The no-trespassing signs are back up on a section of Kelowna's Mission Creek Greenway but this time no one seems to know who is responsible.
A total of four no trespassing signs were erected on the Greenway this week on a section of the path between KLO Rd. and the Eco Centre.
The area in question has been the centre of controversy in recent years. Some neighbouring residents have taken the City of Kelowna and the provincial government to court arguing the Greenway is on their property. One of those residents is former MLA Cliff Serwa who is still feuding with the city.
Meanwhile, The Regional District has instructed its staff to respect the signs and is also asking the general public to do the same until the matter is resolved.
