Canada could use its surplus of flu vaccine to help the U.S. with its shortage, federal Health Minister Ujjal Dosanjh said Monday. In recent days, there have been reports of Americans coming across the border to get flu shots in the wake of news that Chiron Corp., the drug company that makes about half of all the flu vaccine for the U.S., said it would not be producing any more for this current flu season.
