Canada's new Conservative Party will present its newly elected leader tomorrow.
In the race are former Alliance Leader Stephen Harper, auto-parts executive Belinda Stronach and former Ontario cabinet minister Tony Clement.
The candidates give final speeches tonight in Toronto to try to woo party members. The vote is the culmination of six months of activity during which the party was negotiated into existence and ratified by members of the former Progressive Conservative Party and Canadian Alliance. The winner will begin immediately to prepare for an election.
