Warm Enough To Swim?

It's July now. Our temperature highs regularily reach the 30's.

Our areas' lakes, including Okanagan Lake, provide a quick way to cool off in the summer heat.

The question is, is the water warm enough to go in? If not, when is it usually warm enough to take a summer dip.
