A Kelowna city councillor who cut her teeth in the wine retail business, says the province is making the same mistake with legalized cannabis as it has with alcohol.
Tracy Gray, who owned Discovery Wines before selling the rights to her licence three years ago, is disappointed the provincial government will compete with the private sector in the sale of cannabis, as it does with alcohol.
