You may think you're getting enough sleep – but the truth is, most of us aren't.
This week is Sleep Awareness Week, and March 17 is World Sleep Day. Which is timely, because we'll all lose an hour's sleep this weekend when we turn the clocks forward for the start of daylight saving time.
The week is dedicated to educate the public about the prevalence of sleep disorders and the effects of poor sleep.
