Hundreds of people came out to hear Kelowna Mayor Colin Basran's “state of the city” address to the Chamber of Commerce Wednesday.
During the event at the Capri Hotel Ballroom, Basran spoke about the challenges and priorities in one of Canada’s fastest growing metropolitan areas.
He talked about homelessness, housing and entrepreneurialism – among other topics.
