Interior Health has released its proposed Kelowna location for a safe injection site.
The health authority suggests the supervised consumption site be located at 477 Leon Ave – a space owned by the Ki-Low-Na Friendship Society.
It's also considering a mobile unit instead of a firm space, which moves between locations based on overdose and drug use info and feedback from those using the service.
