Five investigators from the Transportation Safety Board, along with members with the BC Coroners Service, continue to investigate the scene of Thursday night's fatal plane crash, which crashed east of Winfield.

The cause of the crash, which killed four people including Alberta's ex-premier Jim Prentice, is unknown at this time, but investigators are examining the site, testing components of the wreckage, and interviewing people to determine what caused the tragedy.

The BC Coroners Service said the investigation would be complex and doesn't expect to have any information until at least Monday.
