Let them wear pants.
Earls Restaurants has adjusted its uniform dress code policy, following an Ontario Human Rights Commission policy paper that said, in some cases, gender-specific uniforms violate human rights codes.
Previous uniform recommendations at Earls Restaurants included a black skirt, no shorter than one inch above the knee, for women, and black pants for men.
