The management team at Kelowna Mountain celebrated a small victory after being granted permission to officially open their doors.
Mark Consiglio says his family purchased the property following the 2003 fire with a vision to revitalize it and turn it into an amenity-based park for youth, residents and tourists alike.
Despite problems with zoning and court battles with the Regional District the mountain is going ahead.
