November 3rd, people were invited to the Fire & Ice fundraiser for Hainle, Deep Creek Estate Winery, to help the owner, Walter Huber, rebuild what was destroyed by the Peachland fire in September.
Peachland filled the community center for a humble and respectful ceremony for Remembrance Day on November 11th.
Also, mother nature showed us what she's got! In one single week we went from Summer to Fall to Winter. A few days ago, you could still play golf, and the next day, have the opportunity to make a snowman, much to the pleasure of many children!
The Westbank Chamber of Commerce invited us to their Fall Symposium Business Trade Fair, held at Mt. Boucherie Secondary School Thursday Nov 15th.
And finally, Saturday, November 17th, the Annual Peachland Business Excellence Awards Night was held at the community center.. Congratulations to all the businesses and individuals that have distinguished themselves in various categories!

My name is Mathieu Warnet-Pelletier, I’m 28 years old, born & raised in Rouyn-Noranda, which is located in Northern Quebec. I also lived in New Brunswick & Ontario, before making the big move to Peachland a year and a half ago. I enjoy biking, hiking, kayaking, skiing, zip lining and photography. I consider myself as a semi-professional photographer. I got my first camera at age 16, and instantly found a real passion for it. Recently, I was published in the 2012 Peachland Visitor's Guide, as well as making the front cover of a French magazine back in September, and having some of my pictures being used in a TV commercial.
