Snowbirds returning to Penticton Peach Festival

The RCAF Snowbirds Demonstration Team is returning to the Penticton Peach Festival on opening night.

The team last appeared at the festival in 2009, which was an abbreviated show due to smoke from a forest fire. The last time they performed a complete show was in 2008.

.The Snowbirds, presented by Peters Bros. Paving, will perform over Okanagan Lake on Wednesday, August 7.

The demonstration will be one of the highlights of the festival, from Aug. 7 to Aug. 11.

Country music group, 'One More Girl', will be on the main stage in Okanagan Lake Park on Friday, August 9.
