A motorcycle accident in Okanagan Falls Tuesday night sent two people to hospital.
Around 6:30 p.m., a black Honda motorcycle from Manitoba ended up in the ditch near Waterman's Hill.
Penticton RCMP Sgt. Rick Dellebuur says according to one witness the bike's rear tire appeared to become unstable, causing it to drift into the oncoming lane.
"When the driver of the bike tried to correct the imbalance an unidentified semi truck approached causing the driver to take evasive actions and steer towards the ditch. They went into the ditch and the bike was towed," says Dellebuur.
The 48-year-old man and 45-year-old woman from Manitoba suffered non-life threatening injuries and were taken to Penticton Hospital.
