Evac orders lifted

A total of 776 properties in the Grand Forks area are now no longer under evacuation order. 

More than 1500 people were able to return to their homes Sunday, and roughly the same number remain under evacuation. 

The properties are still under alert, however, meaning the residents must still be ready to leave at a moments' notice. 

Damage assessment will continue through Monday.
