Element lineup announced

The lineup for the third annual family-friendly Element Music Festival near Princeton has been announced.

Element calls itself "a music festival in the vein of the vintage jam festivals, where collaboration between bands and musicians is not only welcomed but encouraged."

It will take place at Snug Lake Amphitheatre, 40 kilometres north of Princeton, from July 26 to 29.

The main performers are: Lotus, Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe, Spafford, Particle, Genetics, Yak Attack, McTuff, GD/BC, The Unfaithful Servants, Baked Potato & Naryan Padmanabha.

The weekend will also have non-musical events such as lakeside yoga, freshwater fishing in Snug Lake, an art gallery, workshops teaching candle and incense making, a kid’s zone with face painters, giant bubbles, a collection of creative & interactive art installations and a vending village filled with food trucks as well as clothing and craft vendors.
