Less than a year after it opened its doors, a new winery on the Naramata Bench is up for sale.
Ledlin Family Vineyards is listed by Re/Max for $1.85 million, which includes a building built last year, wine making equipment and three acres of Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris grapes.
The winery poured their first 2015 vintage last summer, after the family bought the site in June 2015, according to its website.
Inventory is being sold separately. The winery also includes two guest suites.
