Winterland market returning

The fourth annual Winterland Market will take place this month in Summerland.

The event Nov. 18-19 will feature a variety of vendors selling unique products.

“We have a really good mix of vendors, a few handmade things and a lot of it is brand new different ideas,” said Carrie Mayes, organizer.

The fair is being held one week later this year, so it doesn’t interfere with Remembrance Day.

Mayes said the event has grown steadily every year since its launch, “there are about 26 different vendors....It will be different for both days.”

Mayes asks that attendees bring a $2 donation or a food item for the Summerland Food Bank.

The event takes place at  9111 Peach Orchard Rd.
