Crash blocks Naramata Rd.

A single-vehicle crash has closed down Naramata Road in both directions Tuesday afternoon.

The crash, near Nuttal Road, happened at about 4:30 p.m., blocking traffic.

Police and fire crews are currently on the scene, but it's unclear how the crash occurred.

Linda Downey got stopped on her way home, just two houses down from her driveway.

“It's stopped traffic all the way back so if anyone's coming home to Naramata, take your time,” she said.

The condition of the person, or people, involved in the crash is unknown at this time.
