A Penticton woman who has had previous brushes with the law is again in custody.

Amanda Sach is facing charges of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, flight from a peace officer, possession of a controlled substance and possession of a firearm contrary to order, stemming from an incident on Feb. 14 in Kaleden.

Sach, who was given a long sentence following a home invasion robbery in Penticton in November 2013, is well known to police.

A bail hearing slated for Friday in Penticton court was adjourned while defence awaits disclosure.

The matter was put over to Feb. 28.
