The OSNS Child and Youth Development Centre in Penticton is offering anxiety workshops for parents starting later this month.
It will be a four week series for parents of children, ages 2 to 6, to learn about anxiety and how to help.
The workshops will be held on Feb. 15 and 22 and March 1 and 8, from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
OSNS is a pediatric and youth therapy centre focused on the assessment, education and individualized rehabilitation treatment of developmental delays in children aged 0 to 16.
