Fest of Ale runs this weekend with more breweries and cideries than ever before.
This is the 20th year of the Penticton festival, which has grown to 47 booths including 15 first-time participants. Last year, there were 33 booths.
This year, the outdoor area has also been expanded to feature food trucks, tasting booths and a second stage for the 13 live bands that will play at this year's festival.
More than 4,000 people are expected to attend, including Canada's 'Thirsty Writer' Joe Wiebe, who will be one of the judges of this year's competition.
