TV snatched from store

The Oliver police are looking to identify suspects after a local store had a television stolen.

On July 30, at 4:17 p.m., two unknown males entered the store and removed a 32 inch television from the store shelf and exited the store without paying.

The males ran to an older model white Jeep Cherokee with a female driver and left the parking lot before a full plate could be obtained.

The suspects are described as a Caucasian male, 5 foot, 8 inches in height, weighing 190 to 210 pounds. The suspect has short dark hair, a full sleeve tattoo on his left arm and tattoo on his inner right arm. He was wearing a blue tank top and light coloured shorts.

The second suspect was also Caucasian, 5 foot, 10 inches in height, weighing 200 to 220 pounds. He had short dark hair, a tattoo on his left arm and was wearing a blue and white tank top with the letters CSTC on a white background, dark coloured shorts and sandals.

The investigation is ongoing and the police are looking for Oliver community support in identifying these suspects.

Anyone with information regarding the suspects identity is asked to call the Oliver detachment at (250) 498-3422 or remain anonymous by calling Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
