Truck and boat burned
A fire on the Penticton Indian Reserve early Tuesday, destroyed a semi truck, boat and travel trailer.
Fire Chief Barry Phillip said the Penticton Indian Band Fire Department and RCMP responded to the blaze at around 3:30 a.m.
By the time they got there everything was fully involved and there was no saving any of them, he said.
No one was at the property on the lower reserve at Green Mountain Road and Peach Rock Road at the time of the incident and there were no injuries..
Phillip said he has no idea what caused the blaze. It is now under investigation by the RCMP.
