Highway 97 reopened after crash
Update -- 1:31 p.m.
Traffic on highway 97 is now back to normal following the crash of a logging truck that lost its load.
Highway 97 Northbound is closed 900 metres north of Penticton after a logging truck rolled over.
Skylar Noe-Vack says, "The driver was OK on scene and no vehicles where hit by the logs that came loose off the truck. The fire department and ambulance were released"
A detour has been made available via W. bench Road, but the highway is not scheduled to open until 11:30 a.m.
