Lisa's road to Ironman: Part 4

Dr. David Wikenheiser, Naturopathic Physician and Dr. Luba Nowek, BS, DC (Hons) have teamed together with Lisa Redl to get her in top form for the Ironman Triathlon at last minutes notice. This week they fix an old injury and try to get her diet right after being diagnosed with Celiac.

The goal of C4 Canada is to provide information to anyone dealing with an inflammatory bowel condition such as IBS or Colitis, a genetic disorder such as Celiac or Chrohn's Disease, or other conditions such as parasitic, fungal or yeast infections.
