Out There - On a brighter note

Lisa Redl hangs out with Lori Welbourne, author of "On a Brighter Note" for a day. It's April Fools Day, so Lisa and Lori went to work at A&W with cups half full and half empty to see the reaction they got from customers.

No people were hurt emotionally in the making of this video.

Thank you A&W for being a great sport and letting us work for you for a day! Now you can use this as a training video for what to do/what NOT to do if you work there. :)
