Opening with the tour’s low round of the season, UBC Okanagan Heat’s Carolyn Lee went on to win the first PacWest Conference golf tournament of her collegiate career on Sunday.
The sophomore from Calgary opened the two-day event at the Kings Links By the Sea course in Delta with a 77 on Saturday and shot 79 on the final round for a two-shot victory over Jen Woods, a former UBCO Heat and now a member of the Fraser Valley Cascades.
