Chiefs Begin Exhibition Tonight

Kelowna Chiefs fans can get a glimpse of results from a spirited and highly competitive pre-season camp tonight at the Rutland Arena.

The Kootenay International Junior B Hockey League team will play host to the Armstrong-based North Okanagan Knights in an exhibition game beginning at 7 p.m.

Starting the three-day main camp with 78 prospects, the Chiefs coaching staff of head coach Jason Tansem, assistants Floyd Ryan, Matthew Sheeran and Ken Andrusiak and general-manager Grant Sheridan, have pared the list of hopefuls to 32 going into tonight’s
game.
