More KMHA Coaches Named

Eric Blais continued preparation for his first season as head coach of the Kelowna Minor Hockey Association with the announcement this week of four rep-team coaches.

Tom Watters, a veteran of 30 years coaching, 16 of which have been in the KMHA system, will return as the association’s midget tier 1 coach for the 2014-15 season after a four-year stint as head coach of the bantam tier 1 team.

Watters has taken 12 teams to BC Hockey provincial championships and come away with five provincial titles, both at the midget tier 1 and 2 levels.
