Ogopogos Surface As Regional Champs

Ogopogo Summer Swim Club members teamed up for a dominating performance in the regional championships at the H2O on the weekend.

The 103 members combined for an impressive 3,814 points to claim first place overall, while the Ogos broke eight club records on the way to qualifying 37 swimmers for the B.C. Summer Swimming Association championships in Kamloops Aug. 11-17.

Flyn Huber of the OSSC led the way by qualifying for provincials in all four of his events, while breaking three records in the process.
