Diablos Lose Ground Despite KWSL Tie

Kim McNally’s goal in the 89th minute salvaged a tie, but the Okanagan Home Buyers Diablos still lost grounds in Division 1 of the Kelowna Women’s Soccer League on Wednesday.

McNally’s equalizer in a 1-1 decision against the fourth-place Voyageur RV Foxes was a trademark powerful shot from the edge of the box following an Anna Merino pass.

The Foxes believe the deserved a better fate in a match in which they held the territorial edge.
