Salmon Arm RCMP is investigating several crimes that took place in the past week.
A snowmobile was stolen from the 600 block of Grandview Bench at approximately 3:42 P.M. on January 4. The 2005 black and yellow Rev 800 Ski-Doo was taken from a trailer and a second snowmobile was damaged during the theft.
A second incident occurred in which a blue 1995 Ford 4x4 was stolen from an auto and truck sales car lot in the early hours of January 4.
RCMP is also looking for information regarding the January 7 attempted break-in of several vehicles at a mobile home park on the 3300 block of 10th Ave NE. The suspect was seen entering and rummaging through vehicles before he was confronted by a local home owner and fled on foot. He is described as 6’ tall, skinny and wearing a camouflage jacket.
