Stolen from Salmon Arm

Salmon Arm RCMP is investigating several crimes that took place in the past week.

A snowmobile was stolen from the 600 block of Grandview Bench at approximately 3:42 P.M. on January 4.  The 2005 black and yellow Rev 800 Ski-Doo was taken from a trailer and a second snowmobile was damaged during the theft.

A second incident occurred in which a blue 1995 Ford 4x4 was stolen from an auto and truck sales car lot in the early hours of January 4.

RCMP is also looking for information regarding the January 7 attempted break-in of several vehicles at a mobile home park on the 3300 block of 10th Ave NE.  The suspect was seen entering and rummaging through vehicles before he was confronted by a local home owner and fled on foot.  He is described as 6’ tall, skinny and wearing a camouflage jacket.

Anyone with information on these or any crimes are asked to contact the Salmon Arm RCMP or Crime-Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
