On November 24, Salmon Arm RCMP executed a warrant for drugs in the 1700 block of 18th Avenue Southeast in Salmon Arm.
Police discovered a marijuana grow operation at the residence with large quantity of plants and seized 2.5 kilograms of dried marijuana.
BC Hydro disabled the residence’s power when an electrical bypass was found and deemed too hazardous for police to process the scene.
A 54 year-old man was arrested. Charges are pending.
