Times we love doing favors!

We have touched on quite a few of the more serious topics, why not get down to some cute touches for our tables. Favors are a great way to add something to your table and say thank you, but of course we can’t forget to show our supportive bridesmaids and handsome groomsmen our appreciation as well.

I have to say I love Etsy for unique and handmade local items we can share with our loved ones! A favorite local designer of mine, The Silver Wing, creates custom jewellery not only for your bridesmaid, but for your mother, mother in law and even your little flower girls! Another great idea is tote bags, you can personalize them with their name as well as add little bits to them to represent you and them as well. I find that bridesmaid gifts tend to be the more difficult to buy, but remember, they will always be grateful that you thought of them, so by personalizing it you can’t go wrong!

Some great favor ideas - try to incorporate your theme or something that symbolizes you! I use this one as an example but I once had a groom who literally put ketchup on everything - yes we even made sure the head table had a bottle! However because he was so known for this they managed to order some mini bottles of ketchup to use as part of their favors.  This was 8 years ago and it always sticks with me because it’s so simple and useful, but so personal to them. When your budget is tight and you’re not quite sure what to get, well everyone has a sweet tooth and candy stations are a great option for that!

Remember at the end of the day the guests are going to remember the amazing experience at your wedding, not the favor that they will be taking home. You are providing them with an incredible night and this will thank them for joining you in celebration and know that there is no need to sweat about it. Keep it fun, unique and personal, it will be appreciated. The same goes for your bridesmaid’s gifts, they are just happy to help!!

Check out some great ways to find some favor and gift ideas!!
