I would like to propose a contest between Kelowna and West Kelowna as follows;
Contest would be as follows;Who has the least amount of traffic ....the pedestrian bridge on highway 97 in Kelowna or the "tunnel to nowhere" in West Kelowna on highway 97.
The problem as I see it is what could we possibly offer as a prize for the winner. There certainly would be any problem finding funding for it because we could just leave it up to the government, as you well know they have the funding to waste!
