Letters to the editor

My name is Chris Ross, I live in Sliver Creek. In response to your Wasp-nado story I'm sending you a pic of the unfortunate results of a wasp sting to the inside of my lower lip. Yes, inside. It was in my pop can when I took the last sip at lunch.
I don't usually swell up from wasp stings and even though it is a sensitive area it sure seemed like a LOT of swelling for a regular wasp. I thought my lip was gonna pop!
My employer gave me a ride to the hospital and after a few hours and some meds I was finally allowed to go home. The photo is about as big as it got and it stayed like that (and painful) for most of the evening.
Even with the prescribed medication, it was two days before I was back to normal. Super bummer.
You may use my pic if you wish.
Thanks for the great local website,
Chris (The Lip) Ross
