Take Freedom For Granted

Your poll asking whether people will vote in the B.C. election resulted in 258 people responding 'No'. I have to wonder why. In Iraq people actually risked being blown up and losing their lives in order to cast their vote! Here we are living this great life in Canada where people can even get a ride to the polls if needed and the percentage of people voting is dismal. Do we take our freedoms and privileges so much for granted? Quite sad!
