Shaw vs. Telus

Watch out ; if you move; you may end up with several accounts and late charges, disconnections and the worst, condescending payment solutions person who will still cut you off at her own discretion; even though a payment solutions person already made a payment arrangement with you; when there could be a remark on your account that states “ no arrangements “  As an example:  I paid what little money I had left on 5 accounts and they said service will not be suspended; by the time I got home; all services were suspended.  Technical difficulties:  My internet goes in and out like dial up all the time; wireless is terrible and I was told after approximately 15 service calls that I needed to buy on my own a $100 antenna and why should I have to pay for that when I'm already paying $55/mth????  The CRTC will fine you if you steal cable, funny thing is when I hooked up my cable years ago and I'm paying full pop $200/mth, found out the tech actually used a splitter in the box for me and my neighbor......hmmmm.
