I hope Jennifer Banejee wins her case against the city as they should have fixed the culverts long ago on Chute Lake Road, especially after the fire when all the vegetation on the upper Chute Lake area was burnt.
I also don't think that it is very nice to say she is suing the city then almost imply that she shouldn't ask for volunteers with her yard. A lawsuit can take months if not years I would think that she would want the yard cleaned before that. Good Luck Jennifer.
