To Adrian Dix

Sir:

I object strongly to Ms. Van Ryswyk’s resignation and the fact that you accepted it.

She is one of the few politicians that reflect the opinion of the majority of British Columbians… in fact, Canadians with regards to natives and Quebec.

I admire her courage for “telling it like it is” rather than the politically right way.  You say on your television ads that British Columbians are sick of politics and you certain are right in that respect.

We the voters are sick and tired of “political correctness”.

I would dearly like to see elections both provincially and federally based on one candidate for bilingualism and native rights (different from the rest of us) and the other against, and see what the voters really think.

I and most of my friends and acquaintances fully agree with Ms. Ryswyk’s opinions…even Liberals provincially and Conservatives federally.  She just might win an election in a landslide!!

Respectfully submitted,

Bill Fleming
